The Chilton Room

The Chilton Room

This completely restored 208 year old bedroom is dedicated to Mary Chilton, known as the first woman to step off the Mayflower at Plymouth Rock. Orphaned during the crossing, she was also the great, great grandmother of the man who built the house. She is the basis or the existence of the 1812 house.

Beautifully appointed with an original fireplace, This room also has a King sized iron bed, and a Daybed with a Trundle. A large private bath with an ample shower and antique sink makes this room perfect for relaxing.
